1. License Agreement
By installing and using LoveTanked, you enter into this End User License Agreement (EULA). This license is a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive agreement between you and the developers of LoveTanked, granting you the right to run the application on authorized devices.
2. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy
LoveTanked operates exclusively as an end-to-end private peer-to-peer workspace. Users have total control over their local data and can terminate connection peer parameters instantly, which automatically wipes all historical logs locally. Abuse or transmission of objectionable material is structurally self-policed; the platform provides zero public feed architecture.
Because there is no public feed, forum, or discovery portal, you are solely responsible for all content shared with your paired partner. By using this service, you agree not to transmit objectionable content, harassment, or unlawful materials.
3. Standard Apple EULA Provisions
In accordance with the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, the following terms apply:
- Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and LoveTanked only, not Apple. LoveTanked is solely responsible for the app and its content.
- Scope of License: The license granted to you is limited to a non-transferable license to use the app on any Apple-branded products that you own or control.
- Maintenance and Support: LoveTanked is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support.
- Warranty: LoveTanked is provided "as-is." In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if applicable.
- Product Claims: LoveTanked, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession/use of the app.
- Intellectual Property Rights: In the event of any third-party claim of IP infringement, LoveTanked will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
- Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a terrorist-supporting country, and not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
4. Termination of Service
You may terminate this license at any time by unpairing and uninstalling the application. Unpairing instantly triggers a local cryptographic purge, rendering all previous relationship data unreadable and deleted.
